Excessive use of mobile devices, social media, and the internet has altered how students interact, learn, and spend their leisure time, triggering sleep disorders, digital addiction, social isolation, and decreased physical activity. This initiative aims to enhance teenagers' understanding of the effects of ICT on their health and behavior. The method involves educational sessions using videos and books, followed by a post-test to assess whether there is an improvement in students' knowledge and understanding of the effects of ICT on their behavior and health, as well as to evaluate the success of this community service program. The activity was conducted at SMA Muhammadiyah on June 4, 2024, with 36 students. The results showed that 91.7% of students understood the importance of responsible gadget use. However, 75% of students experienced negative effects such as sleep disturbances and decreased concentration, while 66.67% reported headaches due to excessive gadget use, often caused by poor posture and neck strain. Conclusion :This initiative successfully raised students' awareness of the impact of technology, emphasizing the importance of using gadgets wisely.
Alsri Windra Doni, Aprizal Ponda, Darwel Copyright (c) 2025 Alsri Windra Doni, Aprizal Ponda, Darwel https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 http://jurnal.kesehatan.cendikiajenius-ind.id/index.php/PengabmasKes/article/view/89 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Optimalisasi Peran Kader melalui Pelatihan Integrasi Layanan Primer di Kabupaten Sleman http://jurnal.kesehatan.cendikiajenius-ind.id/index.php/PengabmasKes/article/view/163
Strengthening the capacity of health cadres is a key element in supporting the transformation of primary health services in Indonesia. This activity aims to improve the knowledge and skills of Posyandu cadres in implementing Primary Service Integration (ILP) at the Sleman Health Center. The training was conducted in Nogotirto Village, Gamping, Sleman Regency, using a practice-based approach, which involved providing training materials, simulations, and evaluations before and after the training. Most of the cadres involved in the training are between 41-50 years old (64%), with a background in the housewife profession (80%), and have experience as cadres for 1-10 years (48%). This characteristic indicates that the trainees have sufficient expertise to understand the needs in the field, although they still need to strengthen the technical and managerial aspects. The training results showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of cadres by 42,1% and 32.1%, respectively. The most significant improvement was seen in the management skills of Posyandu and health services for adults and the elderly, by 35.7% each. However, challenges are still found, especially in simple technology-based recording and reporting, as well as the need to improve skills in every aspect, including Posyandu management, health services for infants and toddlers, school children and adolescents, pregnant and postpartum women, as well as adulthood and the elderly. Cadre capacity is important in improving the overall health status of the community, thereby contributing to the transformation of primary health services in Indonesia. To support the successful implementation of ILP, technical assistance is still needed so that the implementation of the program is in accordance with the guidelines that have been determined by the Ministry of Health.
Tri Siswati, Nugraheni Tri Lestari , Ismi Izaz Ainun Najmi, Yustiana Olfah, Idi Setiyobroto, Agus Sarwo Prayogi Copyright (c) 2025 tri siswati SISWATI, SKM, M.Kes, Nugraheni Tri Lestari , Ismi Izaz Ainun Najmi, Yustiana Olfah, Idi Setiyobroto, Agus Sarwo Prayogi https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0 http://jurnal.kesehatan.cendikiajenius-ind.id/index.php/PengabmasKes/article/view/163 Mon, 30 Jun 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Intervensi Pengolahan Sampah Organik dengan Biopori serta Penyediaan Jamban Sehat Percontohan di Kelurahan Tabing Banda Gadang Kota Padang http://jurnal.kesehatan.cendikiajenius-ind.id/index.php/PengabmasKes/article/view/165
Geographically, Batipuh Panjang Village has an area of 14.32 km2 with a Community service activities aim to apply Science and Technology and improve knowledge and skills in the health sector, form/develop independent community groups in the field of environmental health and apply organic waste management with biopore tubes and build healthy latrines to improve community health in order to achieve prosperity. public.
Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is caused by the dengue virus, transmitted through the bite of the Aedes aegypti mosquito.
